- -Where is your jewelry made?

All pieces are designed in limited quantities in my studio in Central PA. Each piece of jewelry is designed with meticulous care and attention to detail.
- -How do I care for my jewelry?
-
18k Gold plated Stainless steel jewelry can last years with proper care. 316 Stainless steel is a base metal, and its endurance ensures longevity using PVD plating methods dating back to the 19th century. Recommended to remove jewelry before showering ow swimming, and avoid spraying perfume directly onto jewelry.
A soft dry towelette is the recommended method when removing dust, or other particles from your piece. *Avoid liquid jewelry cleaner*
High tech vacuum PVD plating proves resistant to corrosion, and promotes daily wear. The use of electricity and/or chemicals deposits a thin layer of gold as thin as 1/1,000 -3/1,000 of an inch that bonds to the base metal.
- -How do I order something that is sold out?

Each piece is released in small quantities. If you see something that is sold out, please sign up for our email alerts, and fill out the contact form with the item information.

- -How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will sent to you. Please ensure that all information provided when placing the order is accurate. I do not take responsibility for lost packages due to incorrect address or other incorrect customer information.
If an event such a this occurs, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via the Contact form or via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. I will be more than happy to assist in reaching a reputable solution if possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping/handling.
- -How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated utilizing the customer's city/zone, and the items weight. Shipping calculations are provided upon entering checkout information.
Any overages in shipping that are paid by the client will be immediately reimbursed.
International shipping options are provided at checkout. Please ensure that all information is correct before placing order.
- -How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are packaged and shipped out within 3-5 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS. This usually takes between 3-5 business days once your item has been scanned into the system. You can expect your order to arrive between 7-9 business days from the date the order was placed.
Orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday-or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Except on holidays.
- -Do you ship internationally?

We are currently offering international shipping.
Due to the current economical standing of our shipping carriers, I am researching better international shipping options for the near future. Please ensure that your information is entered correctly, and you select the best shipping option at checkout.

Due to the nature of each piece all items are final sale.
However, I value my clients, and want to make sure that you are satisfied. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out via the Contact Form or at info@bijouxreborn.com, and we can discuss available options.
Returns are processed on a case by case basis within 10 days of receipt for unhappy purchases for store credit. Item MUST be unworn and resaleabe.
Please carefully review item measurements, shipping times, and all pictures and videos for the most lucrative experience.

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, you must submit a claim through USPS or UPS.
